Lauren Nosal- Head Coach; Spanish Teacher and Head Swim Coach at Panther Creek High School. University of Illinois,
Bachelors of Arts; Varsity Swim Team- Big Ten Conference and dual meets; Swimming representative on student- Athlete affairs board.
WAVE swim team coach; St. Charles Country Club Swim Coach; Swim Team captain in High School; State Finalist in HS for three Years in
backstroke and relay, All- American Athlete distinction in HS.

Rory Flynn: 2nd year CSCST coach, previously coached at Triangle Swim Club. Attending NCSU where he is studying Civil Engineering.
Cary High School Swimmer, captain in senior year. All American Scholastic Athlete distinction in HS. USA swimmer; National Team qualifier
2007.

Mark Hemphill: 2nd year coach CSCST, grew up swimming and lifeguarding here at CSC. Attending UNC-Chapel Hill where he is
studying Applied Math and Physics. Enjoying UNC club level swimming, wakeboarding and gymnastics. Graduated Summa Cum Laude from
Raleigh Charter High School, Captain of Varsity Swim team, MVP 2 years. Achieved Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Sam Ogden: 2nd year coach CSCST, grew up swimming here at CSC. Captain of Cary High School Swim Team, senior year. Attending
the NC School of the Arts. Previously coached at Cary Park Swim Club. Award winner of numerous art contests including a drawing that he
made using crayons which was on display in the Halls of Congress in Washington, D.C. in 2007. Is the creator of the impfamous, “IMP” head
that is paraded in at home meets.

Beau Dove: 1st year coach at CSCST, grew up swimming here at CSC. Captain of Cary High School Swim Team, senior year. 15th year
swimming for CSC. Has swum for 9 years for RSA. PEPI instructor at Cary High School, a program that helps develop elementary children in
Physical Education. Plans on attending East Carolina University in the fall of 2008.

Jeannine Carpenter: NCSU graduate, DUKE University PhD program(current). Previous experience includes: coaching here at CSC;
RSA, WAVE, Triangle Swim School, member of the USA Swimming Coaches Association. Has over 20 years of coaching experience.
